From the launch of the company in 1989 to today's recognition as a nimble and creative hospitality partner, Amenity Services has created a distribution channel focused on exceptional support and brand recognition. Led by several dedicated executives, (primarily ex-athletes), Amenity vigorously broke into the hospitality industry.
Originally a spin-off of a Los Angeles based national coffee service organization, Amenity aptly parlayed its founder's coffee expertise to the hospitality industry by launching the first commercially viable in-room coffee machine in conjunction with Krups North America. This "home away from home" amenity struck a chord, leading to exclusive licenses with Krups North America, KitchenAid and Starbucks. Validating their ingenuity, Amenity's concept of coffee-in-the-guestroom soon became the #1 requested amenity by travelers nationwide.
This vision to pioneer concepts, products and brands has lead to relationships with Omni Hotels, Doubletree, IHG, MGM-Mirage, Wyndham Hotels, Premier Resorts, Trump, Warwick Hotels, and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Distribution partnerships with HD Supply and Guest Supply create an open door policy for properties of any size or shape regardless of room count.
Three decades later, still sourcing the comforts of home for the commercial needs of guestrooms, Amenity has gone beyond the coffee cup and honed their expertise from the basement to the penthouse with brands such as Wolfgang Puck, Cuisinart, Waring, Conair, Ralph Lauren Home and Sferra linens.
In 2007, Amenity's direct source for eco-friendly products, "The Green Room," was recognized as a finalist for Best New Product Launch at the International Hotel Motel & Restaurant Show.
Unveiling soon is Amenity's unique liquidation clearinghouse vault which provides overstock opportunities at close-out prices. Another hotel industry first!
