Since it's launch in 1989, Amenity Services has been a nimble and creative amenity development sourcing company for the Hospitality world. The staff at Amenity Services is extremely knowledgeable, energetic and pro-active. We will deliver customized guestroom amenity solutions for any hotel flag, anywhere in the world.
Originally a spin-off of a Los Angeles based coffee service organization, Amenity parlayed the founders expertise into the world of hospitality by launching the first commercially viable in-room coffeemaker with Krups North America as its partner. Amenity soon established licensing rights with Krups North America, KitchenAid and Starbucks. Validating their ingenuity, the concept of coffee in the privacy of a guestroom soon became the number one requested amenity by travelers nationwide, opening the door to new projects.
Amenity Services Inc. designs, develops, produces and distributes concepts, products and brands geared towards elevating the guestroom experience. Industry relationships include Omni Hotels, Hilton Hotels, InterContinental Hotel Group, MGM-Mirage, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Trump International, Warwick Hotels, Stoney Creek Inns and Ayres Hotels. Distribution partnerships with HD Supply and Sysco's Guest Supply, create an open door policy for hotels regardless of room count or location allowing immediate access to hotel specific products.
Most recently, Amenity transcended the coffee experience into new vendor and/or licensing ventures with brands such as Wolfgang Puck, Cuisinart, Conair & Ralph Lauren Home. Global sourcing and factory direct relationships are also key factors in Amenity's long term industry relationship and the basis for new hotel amenity ventures such as bedding, amenities and in-room accessories.
