Coffee is a food-grade item; therefore, Amenity Services cannot accept returned coffee products.
All other return requests require written authorization within 48 hours of receiving goods. Please email orders@amenityservices.com for approval.
Items must be securely returned in their original, unopened packaging for a refund, minus the shipping cost and a 17% restocking fee.
Please note that the following products are not returnable: beverages, consumables, pet beds, and custom logo products.
Yes. Most of our coffee brewers include a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please email orders@amenityservices.com if additional warranty information is needed.
