HOW DO I SET-UP AN ACCOUNT?

Request a New Account Application, complete and forward it to orders@amenityservices.com. New customer requests will be immediately reviewed and you will be alerted of your status within 1-2 business days.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders depart from our West and East Coast distribution centers the same day your order is placed. To ensure your product does depart the same day your PO is received, you may contact us via phone or email before 11 AM PST.

HOW DO I OBTAIN PRICING?

Please email hello@amenityservices.com to receive a price for your desired product(s).
Include your property name, room count and estimated order quantities so you are quoted competitively.

DO YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES OR VISION BOARDS FOR CONSIDERATION AS A CHAIN WIDE BRAND STANDARD?

Samples are available for any stocked items while sourcing requests for chainwide directives, concept presentations and packaging design, are handled in-house.

WHAT IS A ZERO WASTE COFFEE POD?

The most eco-friendly coffee option is a round soft paper pod tightly compressed with coffee and fully compostable in your compost bin or a municipal compost facility. Besides being simple to use, many of our customers love the fact Soft Pods add valuable nutrients back to soil.

WHERE IS YOUR COFFEE FROM?

Our exceptional coffees are 100% Arabica coffee from farms across the world who share our commitment to high-quality, ethically produced coffee which is roasted in a plant using 100% renewable energy. In addition, our green coffee is tested before roasting to confirm the beans are safe and pure as we do not use robusta additives.

DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS?

DO YOUR COFFEE BREWERS COME WITH A WARRANTY?

Our coffee brewers have a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. Please email orders@amenityservices.com should additional warranty information be needed.
